Where am I?

You have just entered the Electronic Office of the National Statistics Institute, which has been created by Resolution of the Office of the President of the National Statistics Institute (INE), of 16 December 2009 to provide citizens ease of access electronically to information and administrative procedures, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

What is the Electronic Office?

It is the online virtual user customer service office, which complies with the requirements established in Law 39/2015, of 1 October, the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations    

For whom is it intended?

Citizens and companies that wish to interact with the INE via the Internet. 

What options are available?

Submit queries, present Registry documents and carry out procedures that, until now, were done in person. Depending on the paperwork, a digital certificate may be necessary.

How does it work?

The procedures carried out through the Electronic Office have the same validity as those done in person. For each procedure, the purpose is described, as well as the steps to be followed for its proper undertaking.
