Description of functionality
Request regarding registration data in the electoral census with reference to the census closed on the first day of each month.
The electoral census, except for the census that is taken for each municipal election with the persons entered from countries with reciprocal voting agreements, is ongoing and is updated monthly ex officio (with no need for a request) with the information received from the Town and City Councils, Consular Offices, senior Civil Registry officials and with the outcomes of successful complaints regarding the electoral census.
The electoral census closed on the first day of the month includes the variations sent to the Electoral Census Office up to the penultimate day of the previous month and processed that month.
IMPORTANT:
The procedures for submitting requests through the Electronic Office differ depending on whether they refer to the census closed on the first day of a month or to the current census for a particular election.
Requests regarding the current electoral census may NOT be made through this process.
