The National Statistics Institute e-Office ensures the security of your data, adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee its confidentiality, integrity, traceability, authenticity and availability.
Remember that you too can contribute to ensuring this security, because security is everyone's business. For this reason, we remind you of certain aspects to consider in order to avoid possible incidents.
Access to personal information
Please note that access to your personal information through the E-Office can only be made in your own name or through a duly authorised representative.
In order to be able to access the office, it is necessary to use the authentication means enabled for this purpose.
If you detect that any of the credentials used for authentication purpose may have been exposed, it is recommended that they be revoked and a new one obtained, and that the incident be reported to the competent law enforcement authorities.
How can I revoke my credentials?
Depending on the means of authentication that may have been compromised, you can revoke your credentials as follows:
- Electronic Certificate: contact your certificate provider to request its revocation.
- Cl@ve: it is recommended that you access and check the data in Cl@ve to verify that they are correct. If you need to revoke them, you can do so as specified on the Cl@ve waiver page https://clave.gob.es/clave_Home/registro/Renuncia.html or through the "My data in Cl@ve" section of the Cl@ve mobile application.
