    • In accordance with Article 41.5 of the Organic Law on the General Electoral System (Ley Orgánica del Régimen Electoral General, LOREG), the representatives of each candidate list may obtain, within two days following the proclamation of their candidature, a copy of the electoral register for the corresponding district, organised by polling stations, in a format suitable for computer processing, which may be used exclusively for the purposes set out in the aforementioned Law. Alternatively, general representatives may obtain, under the same conditions, a copy of the current electoral register for the districts where their party, federation, or coalition submits candidate lists.

Representatives of proclaimed candidate lists may exercise the right recognised in Article 41.5 of the Organic Law on the General Electoral System through electronic access, via the portal of the National Statistics Institute (Instituto Nacional de Estadística, INE) (URL: https://nextcloud.ine.es), to copies of the current electoral register, provided that they meet the requirements set out in the applicable regulations.

Representatives of proclaimed candidate lists who wish to use this electronic access procedure to copies of the current electoral register must do so by the day of the proclamation of the candidature, by submitting an application through the online portal of the National Statistics Institute (Instituto Nacional de Estadística, INE). Access to this procedure must be carried out using one of the identification systems provided by the Cl@ve platform.

If Cl@ve is not available, representatives of candidate lists may submit the application in person at the provincial offices of the Electoral Register Office (Oficina del Censo Electoral, OCE).

Copies of the current electoral register shall be provided to representatives of proclaimed candidate lists within two days following the proclamation of their candidature, in accordance with Article 41.5 of the Organic Law on the General Electoral System.
