    • What does the application for information on procedural status consist of?

      Article 6 of Law 11/2007 on Electronic Access by Citizens to Public Services entitles citizens to ascertain by electronic means the status of procedures which concern them.

      This form enables citizens to apply for information regarding the procedural status of administrative procedures, which they have pending with the National Statistics Institute.

      Regarding which procedures is it possible to apply for procedural status information?

      By means of this system information may be requested regarding all administrative procedures pending with the INE.

      Nevertheless, there are procedures whereby the degree of automation enables direct provision of this information, without the need to make this enquiry. More information on which procedures offer this service can be found in the section for each procedure in this Headquarters.
