Web payments: Sanctions and Other payments
Description: allows electronic payment of the sanctions imposed or any other type of payment to the INE (purchases of publications and special requests for statistical data, subscriptions, collaboration agreements, rentals and other concepts) using a bank card. It is not used for the payment of certified fees.

What type of payment may be made?
Telematic payment, by transfer, may be made of the following concepts:
- Payment of penalties imposed for non-compliance with statistical obligations.
- Purchase of publications, subscriptions and special requests for statistical data.
- Purchase or rental of chattel or real estate belonging to the Capital of the INE.
- Payment of partnership agreements and contracts formalised with public or private entities.
- Other concepts not considered in the previous sections.
Payment by debit to a current account
To have an account with a sufficient current balance in BBVA bank.
Payment by credit card
Visa Card and MasterCard are accepted.
What term does the administrator have to make the payment?It is an "online" payment, in which the transfer of funds occurs immediately after your payment order.
Must a request be made for the administration to accept the payment?No prior application is required.
Can amounts mistakenly paid be recovered, or is it possible to request the return of payments? Which process must the administration follow?Possible returns must be requested by the administrator, to the Secretariat General of the INE. Requests for return must include the following data:
- Identification of the applicant.
- Facts and reasons in which the request is specified.
- Client Account Code of the account to which the transfer of the return amount is to be made. Pursuant to Order PRE/1576/2002, of 19 June, regulating the procedure for the payment of obligations of the General State Administration, said account must be registered in the Central Third Parties File.
- Documentary justification of the facts on which the request is based. In particular, an original or checked photocopy of the receipts of the payment of the transaction must be provided.
