What is the Electronic Register?
This is a telematic Office where citizens may submit requests, documents and communications sent to the General Administration of the State and its Public Bodies by IT, electronic or telematic means.
When may they be submitted?Requests, documents and communications may be submitted in electronic registers at all times of the day, year-round.
Calculation of timeframes:
Those days established as such by Resolution of the State Secretariat for Public Function will be regarded as non-working days at the General Administration of the State. Resolution of 16 December 2024, of the State Secretariat of Civil Service, by which the calendar of non-working days is established in the scope of the General Administration of the State for the year 2025, for the purposes of calculating the timeframes is currently valid
Submission on a non-working day will be deemed to be have been first thing on the first subsequent working day.
What documents are accepted by the Electronic Register?- Standardised electronic documents corresponding to services and procedures specified in the regulation for creating the Register or in the Electronic Headquarters, completed in accordance with the pre-established formats.
- Any request, document or communication other than those mentioned in the previous section, addressed to any Body or Institution within this scope.
In the case that files are presented with malicious software, the file will be considered as not presented, for the purposes of performing the procedure.
