The current electoral census for an election is the electoral census that closes on the first day of the second month prior to the month of the call for registrations and expanded with the registrations of those who are of legal age on the day of voting, and without taking into account changes in constituency in the twelve months prior to the date of the call in due to the absent resident voters who live abroad.


Requests regarding the current census for elections must be submitted between the sixth and thirteenth day following the call and will be resolved based on compliance with the necessary requirements to be part of the current electoral census and changes of residence by the electoral constituency.
