Information shall be displayed only in the case of an exact coincidence with the data contained in the digital certificate

No data is shown for the rest of the people registered in the same household

If you have a certificate and your information does not appear, GO TO YOUR MUNICIPAL COUNCIL to check the register information in the Register of your municipality, and if necessary, request the appropriate corrections
